Terry’s Green Ginger Smoothie
Servings x2 (mostly greens)
Ingredients:
- 1 fist parsley (or another herb)
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 3 cups water
- 2 tbs lime juice or lemon juice
- Optional – One can coconut milk (if using coconut milk, reduce water to one cup)
- Optional – a handful of ice cubes
- 2 tbs olive oil (or other Good Fat)
Combine all ingredients in a blender on high until smooth… Enjoy!
