It is in the way we perceive and relate with the world where she shows us her beauty or her ugliness. 👀
When we express our perceptions in a way that outlines and highlights the beauty that we see… 🖼️
rather than by criticizing what we would like to see changed...
we allow others to see their own beauty and to recognize the aspects that are not congruent. 🤔💭
And when we see them in their light… When we see people as their beautiful and flattering selves…🌟
they are naturally pulled to live into that perception.
They are naturally pulled to evolve voluntarily. 💕
When we see people as the most flattering version of themselves, it is so much easier for them to simply step into an already established perception. 🦚
And when we see people as their flaws and imperfections… 👹 When we focus on people’s blemishes… 👺 They are either dragged down to that less flattering existence, or they are forced to dig themselves out of a negative perception before climbing any higher in our eyes. ⛏️👀
And your perception is largely a choice… a powerful choice... ✊

I choose to see you as the love and light of your infinite being. 💫

The lens we choose to see the world, ourselves, and others through is in our control. 🧐🌎
Whether we choose to judge, criticize, accept, or show appreciative curiosity, we add fuel to bring the perception in which we see someone… and the perception in which we see ourselves… into reality. 😯
Our perception speaks volumes without words! 📚 🤫
When we choose to perceive people and ourselves as their best selves (without expectation), it is much easier for them to live into that role. 👩🎤
We encourage them/ourselves to live into their/our best selves with our elevated perception. 🙌
There is no need to drag a judgemental perception behind them/us, and instead we are all pulled upwards. 📈
We can adjust our aperture to see others the way we`d like to see them or ourselves. 🦸♂️ 🦸♀️
Or... we can focus on what we don`t like to see and, in doing so, attract our fears. 😱

Decide what shows and movies you watch, what books you read, what podcast you listen to, and above all, who the people are that you surround yourself with.
— Step two: turn off the "News" and don`t rely on "fact checkers." The News is a theater masquerading as reality. Go outside. Connect with the Earth... the sky... connect with your fellow man and woman. Talk about EACH OTHER`S realities... not the theater. Allow yourself to recalibrate to reality by staying away from all "News" sources, and allowing YOUR reality to be your reality.
— Step three: Be the change you want to see in the world. Create your own TV show. You are the main character, and you are writing the script. In any story, the main character evolves. Decide what that evolution looks like and live that evolution. Be that evolution.
In line with being the change you want to see in the world, be sure to show interest and acceptance of differing perspectives. Everyone on this planet wants to be valued and accepted... including you! So show that you value and accept differing perspectives. Everyone is on their own journey and their beliefs will be their beliefs until those beliefs change.
What does it mean to "PAY attention?" When we "PAY attention" we are investing our attention.
When we invest wisely, the value of our attention grows, and so does the value of our time (the time in which we invest our attention). We get to choose what perspective to place our attention.
We get to CHOOSE!
We are so fucking free!
We are free to give our attention to the aspects of our life that sets our souls on fire and that feels liberating... and we are free to give our attention to a painful perspective that shackles us with self-imposed limitations.
Many of us default to put our attention on a painful perspective. And we are free to choose whatever perspective we’d like.
We are the creators of OUR reality by CHOOSING where we invest our attention.
The choice is ours.

A lack of what? A lack of Ease: comfort, tranquility, wellbeing.
It is hard to live an awesome life in a state of dis-ease. 🕺 And it’s so easy when it’s easy. In sociology, things that people in society have agreed to give value are called social constructs. For me, there is nothing more important than the freedom and ease of every living individual.
No aesthetic. No religion. No object. No rule. No amount of money. No family name. No thing is more important to me than the freedom and ease of human beings.
And any aesthetic… Any religion… Any object… Any family name… Any friendship, partnership, or any other relationship that values the construct over the freedom and the ease of the humans involved is contributing to dis-ease.
And dis-ease is never healthy. Many contribute to disease by placing the value of these constructs above human beings. Not me!I value your freedom. Freedom comes from the root "Pri"; which means "to love." The evolution of this root has brought us "friends": free members of one’s clan. I value your ease. So what can you do to live in more freedom and ease?
First, can you step away from unhealthy constructs that are valued above human freedom and ease?
Destructive constructs don’t exist without the people who participate in them.
So your departure threatens the construct.
And because participants fortify it… and participants defend it… Your departure from it will be met with resistance from the participants of the construct.
This resistance can be unsettling… It can be uncomfortable… It can even be unsafe.
Departing from some constructs can be like breaking out of prison. These are the constructs that are especially unhealthy.
And I’m here to support that ease and freedom. 🤜🤛
