Fennel/Avo/Orange FAB salad
1 handful greens 1/2 chopped sweet walla walla onions 2 radishes, sliced 1/2 fennel bulb, sliced thin 1 ripe avo, cubed 1/2-1 cup grated golden beet 1/2 lemon juiced 1/4 cup olive or avocado oil 1 teas[poon salt/pepper 1-2 teaspoon sFire cider (optional) 1 ripe juicy orange, sliced Mix all ingredients well in large bowl. Pile onto plates and serve with sautéed mushrooms and grilled salmon, or whatever you want 🙂 Sauteed Mushroom and grilled Sockeye Salmon
1/2 walla walla onion sliced 1 large garlic clove, finely grated 1 tablespoon avocado oil Salt/pepper Saute on med high until well browned
